We have a few spaces remaining on our November Trip to Sharm and along with the usual sites which will be available to everyone, we have decided to make this trip slightly different and will now be offering some deeper diving as well. This is following requests from those technical divers among us wishing to dive that bit deeper.
We will now be including deeper depths at the following sites:
White Knights - bowl area 45-50 meters
Thomas Canyon - 45-96 meters
Thomas Reef, the smallest reef in the Straits, is one of Sharm's most popular technical dives. It holds the inviting canyon that runs parallel to the main reef, after a sandy plateau. The canyon is a long narrow opening in the reef, with hard coral walls descending to a sandy bottom at approximately 96 m. Three arches cross the canyon at different depths, creating unusual light effects.

Shark Canyon - 65 meters
Shark Observatory - 80 meters
This site is named after the observation balcony at Ras Mohammed's tip. It is famous for its vertical coral wall dropping to over 120m. In the clear open water sometimes eagle rays and the occasional shark pass by. The rich coral wall is perfect for decompression stops, with impressive gorgonian fans and chimne ys.
Lara Wreck - 75 meters
On the north side of Jackson Reef, the remains of the mysterious Lara wreck lie at depths of 45m plus. The Lara was a Cypriot merchant ship that collided with the reef in 1981. Scalloped hammerhead shark sightings are also common in the area.
Woodhouse Caves - 91 meters
Blue Hole of Dahab 100 meters - (for a small additional cost)
The Blue Hole is a huge circular opening on the reef plate, 150m wide and 120m deep on the inside. It is one of only 3 'blue holes' in the world. At 50m depth, the Arch is a 26m-long tunnel that connects the inside of the Blue Hole to the open sea. Glide under the tunnel's soft coral ceiling and emerge into the open sea. The Blue Hole is a perfect place for a long decompression stop as there is little current or overhead boat traffic.

The holiday cost of £610.00 per person is based on staying in the five star Hilton Dreams Hotel and all diving will be organized with the Red Sea Diving College. When not diving the bustling Naama Bay area offers a cosmopolitan selection of restaurants, relaxed pavement cafes and lively bars and clubs. If you are interested in booking on to this trip the price is based on a bed and breakfast board basis in the 5* Hilton Dreams Hotel. In addition to this cost is your dive package. All levels of diver and non divers are welcome but the deeper sites will only be available to those already qualified or who are participating in a TDI course.
We hope you are able to join us and if you would like to book on please contact us as soon as possible as spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
